Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Wind AI Studio ("we", "us") governing your use of the Voice Cloner mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Voice Cloner lets you create a synthetic ("cloned") voice from a reference audio sample and generate spoken audio from text using that voice. The App relies on AI text-to-speech technology.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission.

3. Voice rights & consent — important

You may only clone a voice that is your own, or a voice for which you have the explicit, documented permission of the person it belongs to. You are solely responsible for the voices you upload and the audio you generate.

You must not use the App to:

• impersonate any person or entity, or create deceptive "deepfake" audio;
• commit fraud, harassment, defamation, or any unlawful act;
• generate audio that infringes anyone's rights or violates any law;
• clone the voice of a public figure or any third party without consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access and remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Subscriptions, trials & billing

The App offers an auto-renewable subscription ("Pro") that unlocks additional voices and unlimited generations. Available plans (e.g. weekly and yearly) and prices are shown in the App before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• The subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, abuse, or overload the service, or use it to build a competing product.

6. Intellectual property

The App and its software are owned by Wind AI Studio. Audio you generate from your own voice or with proper consent is yours to use, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated audio may be imperfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
